Android  4.1 Jelly Bean Apn Settings Internet 3G/ GPRS /WAP /MMS

Pull down the notifications screen & tap on Settings

1. Tap on Mobile Data (some phones say "more"
2. Tap Mobile Networks (some phones have "Access Point Names" here)
3. Tap Access Point Names
4. Press the menu button
5. Select New APN
   1. Name:<Name your Network >
   2. APN: <APN your Network >
   3. Proxy: <Proxy your Network >
   4. Port :<Port your Network >
   5. Username < Username your Network >
   6. Password : <Password  your Network >
   7. Server:< Server your Network >
   8. MMSC :< MMSC your Network >
   9. MMS Proxy:<MMS Proxy your Network >
   10. MMS Port:<MMS Port your Network >
   11. MCC :<MCC your Network >
   12. MNC: :<MNC your Network >
   13. APN Type: default,mms,admin
   14. If no APN settings are present, a restore to factory default settings may be required.
6. Select Menu and Save
7. Go back one screen to the APN list and tap on the dot to Enable the Name your Network   Mobile APN
8. Restart phone & you're set!
9. These settings have been tested to work with the Galaxy S3 and the HTC One S
