1.Start screen. Choose Settings.

2. Choose Cellular Data.

3.Cellular Data, and enable this option.

4.Choose APN Settings.

5. 1. APN, xxxxxenter : xxxxxx . 2. Username, xxxxxenter xxxx. 3. Password, xxxxxenter xxxx. Return to the Start screen. Switch the iPad 2 off and then on again to activate the settings.
